Which areas of Nairobi do you deliver to?
We currently deliver fresh water refills and event bottling to over 40 neighborhoods across Nairobi, including Kilimani, Westlands, Karen, South B, South C, Lang'ata and Upper Hill. Message us your area to confirm coverage.
How fast is a household refill?
Most orders placed before 1pm are delivered the same day. Standing weekly or bi-weekly refill schedules are also available for households and offices.
Can you prove the water is KEBS certified?
Yes. Our KEBS certification documentation is available on request, and every batch is quality-tested against KEBS drinking water standards before delivery.
How far in advance should I book event bottling?
We recommend booking custom-labelled event bottling at least 10 days ahead so we have time to design and approve your label with you. Rush orders may be possible — ask us.
Is there a minimum order for custom labels?
Custom-labelled event bottles start at a minimum order of 100 bottles, with bulk pricing available for larger events.
